Membership payments — changes from 1 October 2026

From 1 October 2026, EBCS membership payments will be processed online. Members are therefore asked to cancel any existing standing orders and make payment when completing their membership registration.

If you have already paid

If you have already paid your membership fee, please select the appropriate option during registration. We will verify the payment against our records and confirm your membership accordingly.

If you pay by direct debit

Members who currently pay by direct debit will also need to make an individual online payment, as the Society will no longer collect membership fees by direct debit.

If your club pays on your behalf

As all membership payments will now be processed individually, clubs should no longer submit bulk payments on behalf of their members. If this arrangement applies to you, please notify your club, pay your membership fee directly through the online registration process, and arrange any reimbursement with the club separately.
