Website FAQ : Registration

Society membership via the website continues to grow. We have had very few problems with most members being able to register ,pay and be accepted with no problems however I have been contacted about a few issues . The main ones are,

DBS and Safeguarding: If you have them you enter the details on your Profile page via the button on the right hand side.Don’t forget to Save. At the moment we can’t handle ongoing registration to DBS so as a temporary fix enter yesterdays date as issue. You will get a reminder in 3 year by then we will have a solution .If you don’t have DBS press the update DBS button and then tick the DBS request box . When you Save you will be sent in the post the forms etc to get your DBS .If you don’t have Safeguarding don’t worry we will send you options in a month or so. All members have until Jan 28 to obtain both after which membership will not be allowed .

Payments. The only way to pay is via the website, so please cancel any other payment method.
Some members have prepaid . We have their details . If you have prepaid for 2027 , not this year , tick the prepayment button . We will confirm payment before accepting membership. You will be contacted should there be a query .

Emails. As you become members your email address allows us to communicate with you . If you receive an email and need to reply please reply only to the person who sent the original email.
We are aware that there maybe an issue here and are investigating. If your reply bounces back use the web contacts page and select the right addresses .
Please use the contacts page and drop downs to contact us . This ensures the right person our end gets your message. Please don’t use the general email address, this is for members of the public .
FYI. Website and coaching to Chairman , membership including payment of membership to membership director . Area, Trainer and Accessor queries to Coaching Director , general finance to finance and merchandise and general queries
